AgSafe BC Partners with AuditSoft to Grow COR in BCs Agricultural and Associated Industries

–News Direct–

Its Canadian Agricultural Safety Week and AgSafe BC is reminding farmers and ranchers of the importance of planning for everyday safety, as well as announcing steps of its own to support safer workplaces. AgSafe BC has selected AuditSoft, a leader in safety and compliance auditing and analytics solutions, to support its Certificate of Recognition (COR) program.

AgSafe BC is the COR Certifying Partner for BCs agricultural and associated industries and offers COR for large and small employers. It is the first agriculture-dedicated association to join AuditSofts growing network of partners and marks its commitment to expanding COR to promote healthier, safer workplaces in British Columbias agricultural industry.

AuditSofts solutions will streamline the COR auditing process and benefit all AgSafe BC COR audit stakeholders:

  • A single audit workflow with built-in guidelines, automations, and features like one-click report generation will substantially reduce auditing time for auditors.
  • Standardized audit reports, easy document attachment, and electronic submission will bring efficiencies to the Quality Assurance (QA) process for AgSafe BC audit reviewers.
  • Member firms will also gain access to new audit insights to support continuous improvement to occupational health and safety.

Demand for COR continues to rise in just about every industry and province in Canada, said Peter Spence, VP of Partnerships at AuditSoft. The challenge is on associations to streamline and scale their COR auditing programs to meet that demand, which is exactly what AuditSoft enables. AgSafe BC is forward-thinking and recognizes the role that technology can play in making COR auditing more efficient and impactful. Were delighted to be working with them to support and grow COR across BCs agricultural and associated industries.

Were thrilled to have partnered with AuditSoft to streamline and enhance COR auditing, said Wendy Bennett, Executive Director at AgSafe BC. AuditSoft will enable us to expand COR across BCs agricultural and associated industries, and were confident our members will get substantial value from their solution suite.

AuditSoft continues to grow its presence across North America, thanks to its user-friendly solutions that maximize value from safety and compliance programs. The firm has announced partnerships with Canadian health and safety associations covering a range of industries (forestry, food and beverage, continuing care, and more), with overlapping interests in reducing risks, improving business operations, and adding value to members.
